These SMS terms apply to the Easy Merchant Capital Alerts messaging program operated by Easy Merchant Capital, a DBA of JBDC Solutions LLC, at https://easymerchantcapital.com.

1. Program description

This messaging program sends account-related and, where separately consented to, marketing messages to customers who have submitted an inquiry or requested information from Easy Merchant Capital through our website at easymerchantcapital.com, or via our contact forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS messages. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated, unchecked checkbox for SMS consent. Messages may include responses to your inquiry, application status updates, advisor follow-up, customer support communications, and, if you separately consent, special offers and service updates. Message frequency varies.

2. Cancellation instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4. Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Supported carriers

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.

7. Age restriction

You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

8. Consent not required

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service from Easy Merchant Capital.
